Anything PC provides the following services:

• Onsite and Remote Computer Support;
• Backup solutions;
• Server Setup and Maintenance;
• Website/email hosting;
• Internet Security Software; and
• Network Cabling and Appliance Support.

Anything PC maintains flexible hours to ensure that our client’s support needs are met.

• Telephone and remote support is available in general from 7:00 to 17:30 all week and    weekend;
• Onsite support is available from 8:00 to 16:30 from Monday to Friday; and
• E-mail support is available 24/7 and we always respond to your email within 24 hours.

Note: Extended support hours are available on a case by case basis.

Our Rates

• Consultant’s customary rate is $125.00 per hour for Labour, minimum 2 hour charge for on-site visits and 1 hour for remote. This rate is subject to change without notice, though updated pricing will be located in this section;
• Rates are billed in 1/2 hour increments, after the 2nd hour on-site and 1st hour remotely;
• All equipment and services are subject to HST (13%); and
• All rates and prices quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD$).

Estimate for projects

If a project warrants it, the customer will be provided with an estimate, which will outline fees associated with a particular service. Estimates are provided for the following services but not limited to:

• Wipe and load (Operating System re-install);
• Server and Network Setup; and
• Network Cabling.
